Our Australian fishing charter boats leave Hillarys Boat Harbour, Sorrento, Western Australia for fishing spots west of Perth, daily at 6:30 am (check-in time 6.00am). The boats return at 3:00 pm. Crew will dish out the fish, and present a fishing trophy for the best fish catch of the day!  Come down to the Jetty at 3.00pm just outside our office at Hillarys Boat Harbour, and see the amazing catch, amidst our happy fisher people!

The Australian fish we target in the Indian ocean are :- Dhufish, Pink Snapper, Baldchin Groper, Queen Snapper, Mulloway, Silver Trevally ( Skippy), Breaksea Cod (black arse), Red Snapper, Samson Fish, and many other bottom feeding fish and pelagic fish such Mahi Mahi (dolphin fish).  Mills Crew will even gill and gut your deep sea fish catch for you ready to take home.  It's all part of the Mills fishing charter service.

Our fishing equipment for deep sea bottom fishing are Australian made Alvey reels and Penn rods. We have experimented over the decades and have found this combination to be the best for user friendliness and durability.  We also provide nothing less than the very freshest fish bait, including squid, mullies, herring, and octopus (when available).

The day Australian deep sea fishing charter is fully inclusive of the following:

• Hot drinks on check in
• All fishing equipment and bait
• Breakfast, lunch, snacks, water and soft drinks.
